SHRC takes note of spurious drugs | KNO

State Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to Commissioner Secretary to Government Health Department seeking his personal appearance for a complaint related to spurious drugs. Earlier Jammu Kashmir People’s Forum through its Secretary General MM Shuja has filed a petition in State Human Rights Commission about the supply of spurious and sub-standard drugs in Kashmir Valley.

State Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to Commissioner Secretary to Government Health Department seeking his personal appearance for a complaint related to spurious drugs.

Earlier Jammu Kashmir People’s Forum through its Secretary General MM Shuja has filed a petition in State Human Rights Commission about the supply of spurious and sub-standard drugs in Kashmir Valley.

Despite issuing notice to the Commissioner Secretary to Government Health Department, the later didn’t file any report before the Commission. On Wednesday, SHRC issued a notice seeking personal appearance of the Commissioner Secretary. The case has been listed for hearing on February 6 next month
